- To provide mobile training in various urban and rural areas
- To examine proficiency level of skilled workers and provide trade proficiency test certificate
- To conduct foreign employment orientation program as per the manuals of Labor Department.
Our Core Values
Methodology
At Universal, Modern and appropriate tools and equipment are used and the trainings are conducted mostly through use of action learning (learning by doing) method.
Physical Facilities
The institute covers a total area of 22,000 square feet with 6,000 square feet of practical training workshop with two separate Office Administration Blocks and has the capacity to provide training for 50 nos. of trainees in each trade at a time.
State-of-the-Art Training Centers
For practical exercises, there is a variety of modern equipment and training models in the training center. We work exclusively with very experienced trainers so that the trainees can really get the best out of every training course.
Trade / Skill Certification
The institute and the trade certification issued from the institute are recognized and approved by Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Nepal, Skill Development Training Centre Nepal.
Foreign Employment Orientation Program

Future Prospects
Universal Institute thrives to keep on preparing skilled workforce by giving Nepalese access to its various training programs practicing high standards of proficiency. The Institute also plans to build its own Hostel to provide accommodation facilities to its trainees in near future.
